Simple Practice is the the new software utilized by your Legacy Developmental Pediatrics team!  We are excited to provide an all-in-one patient experience where you can safely and conveniently:

Communicate with your provider
Request medication refills
Access your medical records
Upload documentation of your own
See past and future appointment dates and times
View and pay account balances
Complete forms and documentation for your visit

Your health information within the Simple Practice portal is private and secure!  It can only be accessed with the email and password you choose!

How do I sign up?

Signing up is EASY!

Simply provide our team with a preferred email address.  Once processed, you will receive an email from Simple Practice with instructions to set up your new  patient portal!

That's all there is to it!

Do I need the app?

Accepted Answer

You don't HAVE to have the Simple Practice App, but portal navigation is easier if you do!   Find the app on either of the platforms below or search for it using "Simple Practice CLIENT portal" (The icon should be green with a white butterfly)
